WEEK OF 2/11/10 - pop tune

This week: write a pop tune. Eight bars of hook or a whole song, bare bones or richly layered—it doesn't matter. Noteflight adds to the challenge by not providing most current pop sounds (synths, guitars, etc.) so this should be interesting!
